Everything old is new again at the Barbary Coast–inspired gastropub Comstock Saloon, a historic North Beach watering hole revived by two former Absinthe bar impresarios; 21st-century hipsters seek sustenance and liquid courage via the updated Traditional American saloon fare and old-timey cocktails, both of which are served in the back dining room and at the bar until 1 AM.
