Is Pizza del Polpolo the Name of Jon Darsky’s Pizzeria?

As we’ve posted before, Jon Darsky, ex-pizzaiolo for Flour + Water, is slated to open his own pizzeria in this fall. A name, address and date have not been announced, but according to the home-grown video we stumbled on above (posted on YouTube after an April visit to Gustiamo, an Italian grocery warehouse in the Bronx), the restaurant is going to be called Pizza del Popolo and is slated to open in October 2010.
