I’m all for the great trucks serving good food here this weekend, but I look at it with a sort of bemusement. If it was all Mexican taco trucks out there, there wouldn’t be all these long lines of hipsters – someone would call immigration. Last year, they tried to outlaw taco trucks in L.A. Please…it wouldn’t even be LA without taco trucks. It’d be, like, Peoria.
