Tony Fires Up His Slice House

9 September 2010 No Comment

At Tony’s Coal-Fired Pizza and Slice House, the adjacent offshoot of Tony’s Pizza Napoletana in North Beach, world champion pizzaiolo Tony Gemignani slings single servings of his various pies (Neapolitan, New York, etc.), plus full pies for takeaway; there’s a new coal-fired offering (a rarity in SF), plus rectangular Roman-style ‘za sold by the meter, sandwiches and grinders, and Gino’s Italian ices.
